We have multiple part time and casual opportunities for motivated and detail-oriented Instrument Technicians to join our Central Sterilising Services Department (CSSD). This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are paramount. 

About the Role:

As an Instrument Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting surgical services by ensuring all surgical instruments and medical devices are cleaned, assembled, sterilised, and available on time for patient care.

About You:

• Previous CSSD experience over 2 years
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and strong task orientation
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required
• Commitment to continuous improvement and the achievement of excellence
• Certificate III / IV in Health Service Assistance (Sterilisation Services)
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
