You will join our Talent Acquisition department at Gurgaon/Chennai.

As our new Recruiter you will be part of 7-member team of recruitment specialists who services all business units of Ramboll in India including business support functions. In the Talent Acquisition department, we are responsible for finding, acquiring, assessing, and hiring top talent to fill roles that are required to meet company goals. As Recruiter in our team in Chennai you will be part of a global Talent Acquisition community and you will perform your job in close collaboration with other colleagues from India.

 

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

 

  • Sourcing of relevant profile from various sources and ensure the hiring needs are met as per the SLA.
  • Continuous mapping of the talents within oil and gas industry and reaching the passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain good relationship with the candidates and hiring managers.
  • Generate candidates thorough effective reference mechanism and networking skills and should not rely only on job boards like Naukri, etc.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for our business by building and strengthen relationships with hiring managers
  • Independently handle recruitment briefing meetings with hiring managers to outline and agree on role requirements, sourcing and attraction strategies, roles and responsibilities of all involved and the overall selection process.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Focus on and take responsibility for providing an excellent candidate experience at every opportunity
  • Effective
  • Work with employer branding activities, proactively identifying and attracting talent
  • Collaborate across borders to better enable the synergies of the global recruitment community.

  • A Bachelor or master’s degree in Human Resources
  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience from an engineering hiring and IT. Could be from search agency or engineering consulting companies
  • Experienced ATS user (We use Workday recruitment module/Smart Recruiters)
  • Fluent in both oral and written English
  • Highly proficient in the use of social media such as LinkedIn, Twitter, etc
  • Used to deliver results against SLAs, KPIs and team objectives
  • Excellent MS Office skills especially MS Word, Excel,

 

Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: Ability to work independently, with little supervision. pro-active in approach and a catalyst for change. Good networking and relationship building skills.
