Job Description
We're looking for a right-hand person for the C-suite to take care of Rakuna's Hanoi office. The ideal candidate is energetic, empathetic, loves to take care of everyone in the office, and doesn't mind wearing multiple hats and managing various contracted teams. This is not an admin position.
In detail, you will:
1. Sales & Marketing Support (50%): manage the S&M team/ automation workflow to:
- Research target companies and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn,email, and industry events.
- Coordinate outreach campaigns and follow up with prospects to schedule product demonstrations.
- Support content updates across the website, social media, and email marketing channels.
2. Customer Success (20%): manage and supervise CS team
- Assist with onboarding new customers and ensure they have a smooth experience using Rakuna.
- Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Gather customer feedback and work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve the customer experience.
- Collaborate effectively with the tech and marketing team to produce manuals/ instruction materials for smooth customer onboarding & self-learning.
3. People & Office Operations (20%):
- Support recruitment activities, onboarding, and employee administration.
- Coordinate company events, internal activities, and office operations.
- Handle general office tasks and purchase management
- Help maintain a positive, organized, and collaborative working environment.
4. Executive & Business Operations (10%):
- Support the CEO and COO with day-to-day business operations and cross-functional projects.
- Coordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure priorities are executed effectively.
- Dealing with local authorities, etc; working with subcontractors for accounting and taxes
- Other projects: new opportunities arise every now and then. You'll have the chance to work on a variety of strategic and operational projects alongside the leadership team.
Qualifications
Must have:
At least 3 years of relevant work experience
Detail-oriented, honest, proactive, diligent, flexible
Strong organization skills and willingness to wear multiple hats
Good command of English (writing and speaking) and strong MS Office skills
Be willing to work at night occasionally to support clients or team members in different time zones
Quick to learn and apply new technologies
