We are looking for a seasoned Scrum Master with solid delivery experience to lead agile delivery teams focused on digital banking transformation, with a strong emphasis on customer onboarding, lending products, and core banking integration.

Job Description

Agile Leadership & Delivery

- Champion agile principles and practices across cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure sprint discipline and cadence.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning with Product Owners.
- Monitor sprint progress and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
- Foster a high-performing team culture focused on collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Domain Expertise & Solution Delivery

- Lead delivery of digital solutions for customer onboarding, loan origination, credit assessment, and disbursement workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology stakeholders to drive customer journey deliveries.
- Work closely with architects and developers to ensure scalable and secure solution design.

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

- Act as a key liaison between business, technology, and operations teams.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data privacy standards.
- Support change management and financial tracking and governance on the project.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5–8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
- Proven track record in delivering digital banking solutions, especially in customer onboarding and lending products.
- Strong understanding of banking processes, credit lifecycle, and KYC/AML requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Finacle or similar core banking platforms.
- Familiarity with API integrations, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Proficiency in agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Agilist.
- Exposure to Agile at Scale frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
- Experience with digital onboarding platforms, loan origination systems, or customer experience tools.
