Job Description

What You Will Be Doing

  • To promote the sales of various personal banking products in the allocated markets.
  • To achieve sales targets agreed with the Direct Sales Manager.
  • To provide MIS and competitor feedback on weekly basis.
  • To conduct promotional activities, group meetings and road shows to achieve budgeted sales volumes.
  •  Managing achievements of sales objectives by setting sale targets.
  •  Achieving budgeted sales volumes. -
  • Knowledge of banking products both own competitor products.
  •  Identify any cross sell opportunities for other business divisions of the bank. -
  • Understand completion and suggest changes for products / process to improve sales. -
  • Motivating individual by awarding high performers and guiding the not so good performers in improving performance.

What You Should Have

  • Knowledge of banking and insurance products – RAK Bank and Competitive products of other banks.
  • Sales /Service oriented person.
  • Excellent communication, convincing and inter-personal skills.
  • Identify any cross-sell opportunities in other business divisions of the bank through which Bancassurance products can be sold.
  • Manage and oversee Point of Sales loans and Business loans.
  • Collaborate with agencies such as Network International.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales in UAE market will be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of banking/RAKBANK retail products.
  • A valid Driver's License is required; however, candidates without one may still be considered
