Healthcare Solutions Company based in Downtown Orlando is expanding and is currently looking for experienced professionals to join its growing team. 

We're looking for the best of the best and are ultimately seeking a money motivated experienced appointment setter that has some experience in the healthcare field. 

Quest Ancillary Services is proud to be servicing clients in over 30 states (from coast to coast). Our home office (based in Orlando) supports our satellite sales offices in 4 states. Our goal is to take the business to the next level and we're looking for the perfect high-energy, professional appointment setter to assist us in meeting our next goal!

Job Description

Daily Duties:

  • Spend majority of time on the phone to set up sales calls for the inside/outside sales closers
  • Identify potential clients in need of medical billing, credentialing, virtual assistants, EMR/PM software, and HIPAA Compliant solutions
  • Calls will be made to both "warm" and "cold" leads. (A "leads list" will be provided.) 
  • Utilize a software system (CRM) system to organize, track prospecting activity, and call backs.
  • Work closely with a VP of Sales to schedule appointments
  • Ability to make 100 phone calls per day and build rapport over the telephone with Office Managers, Administrators, and Physicians.

  • Excellent phone etiquette with professional phone voice
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent PC Skills (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, IE/Chrome)
  • Stable work history
  • Prior experience in outbound telemarketing or appointment setting is required-  additional consideration will be given to those candidates bringing prior experience working within the medical industry
  • Prior lead generation in a business to business environment is preferred but not required

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate would bring:

  • Minimum of one to three years of related sales and/or customer service experience
  • Great presentation and communication skills
  • Be self-assured, tactful and supportive as this position maintains existing and fosters new relationships with medical physician practices in the designated territories
  • Ability to learn and apply new information quickly and to interpret medical billing needs and offer appropriate solutions to customers
  • Ability to easily multi-task in a team-selling environment
  • Concise and accurate documentation practices
