The candidate must be creative and enjoy working within a corporate environment that is only mission-driven, but also results driven. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communications, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Director of Sales will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. We are looking for someone that needs to be #1 in everything they do. A hunter and a fighter mentality are needed to be successful in this position. Ability to build a team, train, and ultimately hold that team accountable is essential to long-term growth.
Main responsibility will be building relationships with healthcare providers and organizations throughout the USA to offer a variety of back-office services.
Qualifications
Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience
Candidate must have a thorough understanding of the purpose and utilization techniques of a CRM solution
Candidate must have the ability to make and receive calls during normal business hours and after hours as determined necessary
Preference will be given to candidates that have healthcare sales experience
