Job Description

Duties include designing, developing, testing, and implementing robotic process automation solutions. The position will work closely with executive management, process owners, project managers, and other developers to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and create efficient and scalable solutions that increase productivity, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction. Development efforts will focus on RPA and related areas of business process solutioning.

Strong communication skills are a must. This role will be required to participate in meetings and support with different departments within organization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business processes that can be automated.
  • Analyze business requirements and design efficient automation solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
  • Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions in accordance with industry best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with RPA solutions and provide technical support to end-users.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure proper integration with other systems and technologies.
  • Advanced level EXCEL and good proficiency in other Microsoft Office suite
  • Develop and maintain documentation for RPA solutions, including technical specifications and user manuals.
  • Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Digital Process Automation.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of coding standards and best practices.
  • Train end-users and other team members on RPA solutions.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of business/technology work experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience on building and developing processes that have incorporated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) 
  • Good knowledge of C#, VB .net, and/or VBA
  • Ability to complete work in an acceptable timeframe and manage a variety of detailed tasks and responsibilities simultaneously and with accuracy to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives and satisfy internal and external customer needs related to the job
