Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in Human Resources operations, allowing you to gain practical exposure in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and other day-to-day HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, scheduling interviews, screening resumes, initial candidate communications).
- Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
- Help maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Assist in organizing HR events and employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support such as preparing HR-related documents, drafting memos, and handling correspondence.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives (e.g., process improvements, surveys, policy reviews).
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the HR team.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must be:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using digital tools.
