Job Description
- Partner directly with Executive Managers and senior leaders to shape business strategy, influence critical people decisions and drive organisational performance across one of Australia's most dynamic customer businesses

As a Senior People Manager supporting Qantas Loyalty & Customer, you'll be a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders, helping to shape workforce strategy, organisational capability and culture across a dynamic and commercially focused portfolio.
This is a genuine strategic HR Business Partner opportunity where you'll work closely with Executive Managers and senior leaders to solve complex business challenges, influence decision making and translate business priorities into impactful people outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
As a trusted strategic partner, you will:
- Develop and execute people strategies and workforce plans aligned to business objectives.
- Partner with senior leaders to build organisational capability and drive business performance.
- Lead organisational design, transformation and change initiatives.
- Influence executive stakeholders on talent, succession planning and leadership capability.
- Use insights, data and analytics to identify opportunities and develop practical solutions to people challenges.
- Drive high-performance culture, employee engagement and inclusion outcomes.
- Partner across the wider People Group to deliver scalable and commercially focused people solutions.
You’ll have
- Significant experience in people partnering with senior leadership teams within a large, complex organisation.
- Demonstrated success developing and implementing strategic people plans.
- Strong organisational design, workforce planning and change leadership experience.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing capability.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to leverage people insights and analytics to inform decisions.
- Experience coaching senior leaders and driving leadership effectiveness.
- A growth mindset, curiosity and passion for modern people practices.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
