Redzone helps manufacturers make more products for less while greatly improving the employee experience. While there is a lot of hype around digital transformation, the factory of the future, and Industry 4.0, the focus has been on the equipment and technology – not the people. At Redzone, we are all about the people, what we call “the connected workforce.”

We make frontline teams more engaged and more productive so their lives improve while contributing to positive business outcomes. We do this by combining exceptional software and world-class coaching, giving our customers an average productivity increase of 22% in 90 days. Redzone brings together Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams, improving the communications between those teams to resolve issues and increase output. Decision-making happens on the shop floor by the people doing the work, in real time, for immediate impact and a better overall employee experience.

With over 1000 customers, nearly 2000 plants and 500,000 users, Redzone is changing the way people work – one plant at a time.

Job Description

Are you a data-driven, modern marketer ready to lead digital-first pipeline generation across EMEA? We are seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to serve as our dedicated digital authority, building and executing scalable demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies across the region.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, EMEA, you will bridge the gap between regional sales priorities and high-impact digital execution. You will take full ownership of our always-on digital channels, launch multi-market campaigns, and create scalable campaign frameworks that regional field teams can localise seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrated Campaign Execution: Build, execute, and optimise multi-market digital programs across EMEA, including paid media, ABM, nurture flows, webinars, content syndication, SEO, and AI search initiatives.

  • Scalable Frameworks: Develop regional campaign templates and frameworks that Field Managers can easily adapt for specific European markets, including localization projects (e.g., French and German web presence).

  • ABM Leadership: Scale tailored Account-Based Marketing motions aligned to Sales priorities, targeting both Large Enterprise and Medium Enterprise accounts using tools like LinkedIn Targeted Advertising.

  • Always-On Digital Management: Drive the rigour, management, and continuous optimization of regional digital channels, paid search, display, and digital platforms.

  • Performance Analysis: Conduct rapid performance reporting and analysis at the fast pace digital channels demand to continually improve ROI and pipeline conversion.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Field Marketing peers, and global digital resources to ensure alignment, build confidence, and accelerate pipeline growth across EMEA beyond core UK&I and DACH territories.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of software/technology marketing experience, preferably within SaaS companies serving the manufacturing or supply chain sectors.

  • Proven track record of executing multi-touch digital demand generation and ABM campaigns that drive measurable pipeline contribution.

  • Strong hands-on proficiency with marketing automation (Marketo or HubSpot), CRM platforms (Salesforce), and the broader MarTech stack.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage paid search, paid social, display, SEO, and content syndication budgets and performance metrics autonomously.

  • Excellent strategic thinking skills with the ability to turn complex performance data into actionable campaign optimizations.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages (e.g., French or German) are a strong plus.

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid environment across multiple time zones, with occasional travel (up to 20-30%).

Additional Information

  • Placement within our pay range will vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market location variations as well as internal peer equity.

  • This position is also eligible for an annual company performance bonus.
