Redzone is the #1 connected workforce solution in manufacturing — a QAD company. We combine exceptional software with world-class coaching to elevate frontline workers, helping them reach their full potential while driving measurable business outcomes. Today, hundreds of thousands of frontline workers across more than 2,000 plants worldwide use Redzone to work with greater purpose, productivity, and pride. Job Description
We need a highly analytical marketer who has lived inside the full funnel — from first ad impression to closed pipeline. You'll own ad operations, consolidate reporting across every marketing channel, and connect it directly to Salesforce pipeline data so leadership always has a clear, accurate picture of what's working.
This role is based in Mexico and will be remote. QAD does not offer VISA sponsorship; you will be required to have full work authorization.
What You'll Do
- Own ad operations across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta — campaign setup, tagging, tracking, pixel management, and QA.
- Pull and consolidate reporting from all marketing channels (paid, email, web, events) into a unified view tied to Salesforce pipeline data.
- Build and maintain dashboards connecting marketing activity to revenue outcomes: MQLs, SAOs, pipeline contribution, CPL, ROAS, and funnel conversion rates.
- Monitor full-funnel performance weekly — from top-of-funnel impressions through to closed-won — surfacing gaps, trends, and optimization opportunities.
- Make data-backed recommendations on spend allocation, targeting, bidding, and channel mix.
- Partner with RevOps to ensure lead flow, attribution, and CRM data integrity are airtight.
- Contribute to exec-level pipeline reporting with clear, accurate, well-framed analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field required.
- 5+ years in marketing analytics or ad operations in B2B SaaS — with a proven track record.
- Hands-on ad ops experience: campaign trafficking, UTM governance, pixel/tag management, and platform troubleshooting across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta.
- Deep fluency connecting marketing channel data to Salesforce pipeline — you've built this, not just described it.
- Strong command of full-funnel marketing: you understand how awareness becomes MQL becomes SAO becomes revenue, and where things break down.
- Proficiency in Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Excel/Sheets. SQL or BigQuery a strong plus.
- Highly analytical — you synthesize multi-source data into executive-ready insights and clear recommendations.
Based in Mexico; fluent in English.
