Job Description

Our Publicis client team is searching for a Global Data & Tech VP, Director to support our global network. This is a unique opportunity to partner with a category leader and iconic brand builder, to transform their marketing and brands. You will help enable our client to future-proof their business, whilst also creating a new pioneering model for the industry and for Publicis integrating data & tech with media to create end to end experiences at scale across >30 markets, bringing a holistic approach to insights, priorities, and key market needs across all marketing capabilities.

As Global Data & Technology Lead you will be responsible for ensuring the data and technology proposition is powerful and feasible for our client. This involves ensuring markets are utilizing the best data and technology available through our current tools and future enhancement with Epsilon. It is a global role, supporting both local client and market teams across Zones (EU, MAZ/SAZ, US, APAC) through training and mentorship, additionally creating best practices will be a key part of the role.

The role will be part of a senior team and needs to be comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment and balance the simplicity of storytelling with credibility in data and analytics. This role includes daily communication with senior clients, senior agency leadership, and market colleagues across the Publicis network.

A successful candidate will have experience in bringing clients and agency teams to 'what's next' in connecting media, content, and commerce through data. They will drive vision and team alignment at global scale and have experience with leading and developing growth of other team members. They will be comfortable briefing ideating and delivering projects and working with strategists and client leaders to identify growth opportunities and draw stories out of data. Finally, a passion for online advertising and emerging trends in the digital landscape will be vital for success in the role.

Global lead of data and technology workstreams. Acts as the most senior leader for data and technology client stakeholders (Global Media/GHQ, Global Data Lead to Regional Data Leads, Global Growth OS Development & Deployment/Champions, Growth Analytics Centre/GAC, Special Project)

Main lead classifications of the work falling under this role:

Solutions Designer: Identify and evaluate data & technology solutions to meet client requirements to deliver business growth (Brand Power & ROI)

  • Develops and drives the global data and tech strategic integration roadmap. Works with Global Platform and Publicis Groupe Data and Technology leadership to ensure client requirements are reflected in the development roadmap
  • Acts as a connector across regions and markets
  • Ensures Global Platform use cases, and best practice shared and executed across markets and brands
  • Moves the client into more advanced audience targeting and segmentation using more advanced techniques using 1PD & 3PD (DTC) data. Works with Epsilon, Retargetly, identity partners
  • Work collaboratively with Regional and Market data leads for Special Projects & projects

Measurement / Analytics: Liaison to PM Data Intelligence practice, application of PM solutions to the client's business

  • Bridge to experts on measurement strategy, modelling, statistics
  • Evolving measurement to more full funnel and commerce/DTC
  • Sets the foundations/asserts client requirements for excellence in advanced analytics via reporting, data provisioning, modelling, evolving models

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in advertising, marketing, business, psychology, or similar area; graduate degree preferred
  • 7+ years of commercial experience as a Data expert in identity and insights ideally familiar with global data or AdTech platforms; global agency experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Ability to translate data into viable business solutions to enhance strategies and meet deliverables
  • Excellent leadership ability/influence to drive team to deliver results

Compensation Range:  $167,000 - $273,500 annually.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
