Job Description

Zenith is looking for an EVP of Data and Analytics to join our team. The EVP of Data and Analytics will provide intellectual capital, team direction, manage a dynamic team of experts across Data Strategy, Analytics, Engineering, and Data Science focused on Zenith’s Core Clients.  This leader will be a key member of the agency’s cross functional leadership team and work collaboratively to ensure that data enables decisioning and strong business outcomes.  The EVP of Data and Analytics will also partner closely with Zenith’s Core Clients Data and Analytics teams to deliver on the team vision, roadmap, and critical business support. 

Responsibilities
•    Contribute intellectual capital regarding measurement, analytics, research, and insights.
•    Develop and deploy a strategic vision for the team, analytics maturity roadmap and a consistent and repeatable measurement process.
•    Lead and manage a sizable team of data experts and media analysts.
•    Develop and recommend best practices in data processing and reporting automation to reduce the reliance on manual labor for basic functions.
•    Identify the most effective and immediate methods of converting cross-channel campaign results into actionable media insights.
•    Provide strategic and tangible data and analytics recommendations to clients and key stakeholders.
•    Help evaluate and recommend partners and solutions to continuously drive innovation and operational excellence

Qualifications

•    Minimum 15 years of experience, with minimum of 5 years of agency experience
•    Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.), Ad Tech/Mar Tech (Adobe, Liveramp, etc.) and relational databases (eg. SQL Server)
•    Digital attribution experience 
•    Robust knowledge and experience of third party and rich media ad serving along with site-side tracking technologies across mobile, video and display
•    Experience with utilizing and/or modelling multiple data sources simultaneously, identifying and procuring third party data
•    Deep knowledge and experience across the media landscape both addressable and non-addressable channels
•    Expertise in leveraging the digital data ecosystem. Advanced digital data market experience, including social and mobile data experience
•    Understanding of broad range of online advertising media channels from Search, Display, Email, Contextual, Social, Online Video – understand a holistic view of a Paid, Owned, Earned
•    Robust understanding of online measurement and analytics, with the ability to provide meaningful insight to the client as well as internal teams
•    Strong leadership capabilities which create impact and lead change across client relationships, people and teams and business results
•    Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Compensation Range: $241,000 - $325,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
