Job Description

The Resource Management Associate is directly involved in the growth and mobility of Starcom employees across the country. The Associate serves as an administrative partner to the Director of Resource Management, and is responsible for verifying eligibility of internal candidates, scheduling interviews, monitoring progress, collecting feedback, and submitting rotation and transfer requests for processing.  The Associate also supports the team’s operational work to ensure the mobility process is run as consistently and efficiently as possible. The Associate must be highly organized, detailed, meticulous, and a self-starter. This role is ideal for a process-oriented individual who is able to manage a high volume of requests without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a high-touch “best in class” internal candidate experience
  • Schedule and facilitate on-site and virtual interviews across multiple locations and time zones, managing communications via phone and email
  • Regularly manage internal pipeline activity and maintain data integrity while proactively sharing updates with internal stakeholders
  • Validate eligibility of internal applicants, ensuring required approvals have been received
  • Maintain various tracking and reports, and enhance existing reports where applicable
  • Serve as a point of contact for mobility questions from candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Contribute to ad hoc project work

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in human resources or talent acquisition
  • Proactive contributor, self-starter, eager to further develop and learn
