Job Description

We are looking for a positive team player who is professional and can manage confidential information with discretion. You will be responsible for various key areas of reporting within both the client and corporate finance functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain monthly salary budgets and forecasts in the global financial reporting system
  • Reconcile payroll transactions and headcount movement to forecast
  • Responsible for month end close on revenue and overhead expenses for agency
  • Prepare P&L and Balance Sheet analysis
  • Review inter-company mismatches and resolve open items
  • Partner with agency lead in forecasting revenue
  • Contribute to creating new reporting methods and analysis as the business changes
  • Ad hoc work as required to ensure the success of the team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance
  • 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting required, experience in the media industry preferred
  • MS Office skills, in particular excellent excel skills
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
  • HFM knowledge
  • Experience with parent company reporting preferred
  • Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, multi-tasking and execution skills
  • A positive attitude, willingness to be flexible, desire to contribute to team objectives
  • Detail-oriented, organized, able to meet deadlines, able to prioritize multiple tasks
