Job Description

Duties: Identify the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts. Profile, explore, connect and analyze extensive datasets from various sources, including databases, flat files, product data, user information data, research data, social commentary and other platform data. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information source using inferencing, unsupervised learning methods (clustering/segmentation analysis), predictive modeling (regression, decision tree, neural networks) to identify new customer or explore characteristics of existing customers. Communicate and present insight and business improvement suggestion to internal stakeholders. Build customer/audience persona by using syndicated tools and designing surveys, controlled experiments and sampling techniques to in order to help clients understand their target audience, and help the strategy team build more accurate audience segmentation and creative team to create more customized message to the target audience. Understand the goals of clients for advanced analytics capabilities, media measurement, and media optimization. Apply valid scientific techniques and use information obtained from current media partners and in-house solutions.

Qualifications

Requirements: Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field followed by two years of experience in the job offered or two years of experience in a related occupation. Experience must also include one year of experience in each of the following: 1) Python; 2) R; 3) SQL (MS SQL Server, Spark SQL, Snowflake, and Google BigQuery); 4) Statistical Software (R Studio, Anaconda, or IBM SPSS Statistics); 5) Cloud Computing Services (Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services); 6) Business Intelligence Tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or QlikView); 7) ETL Data Integration Tools (Alteryx and SSIS); 8) Web Analytics (Traffic Analysis or Google Analytics); and 9) NoSQL (DynamoDB). Must be available to work at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $110,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
