Job Description

How you’d spend your day:

  • Leading the Content Management team in our Content department.
  • Making sure the team operations are smooth, as well as their motivations and career conversations.
  • Organising and coordinating all the proyects, making sure all our clients are attended.
  • Promoting proactivity and innovative actions.
  • Being responsible for all proyects presented.
  • Ensuring a very close relationship with all Brands throughout their client services directors and teams, understanding all their needs so the team can act on their demands accordingly.
  • Leading a strong relationship with all internal teams and clients.
  • Maintaining good relationships with different partners and media.
  • Being financially responsible for the team and its budget, making sure are objectives are met and delivered on time.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing or relevant field.
  • Over 7 years of experience in the communications industry, either at:
    • Media agencies in an Executive Planning environment
    • Creative agencies in a Project Management environment
    • or in Digital projects.
  • High level of English (C1), that will be assessed at interview.
  • Proven experience in media environments with good working knowledge in unconventional content.
  • Senior management experience leading big teams.
  • Strong project management abilities, ideally for big international clients.
  • Ability to lead projects, from design to execution, dealing with its budget and technical viability.
  • Great communication skills, client facing experience with a solid and attractive sales storytelling.

We think you’re awesome if you:

  • Have strong knowledge in all the market content media players, especially for Iberia.
  • Working experience in integrating teams from different disciplines.
  • Ability to design and establish content strategies within any discipline.
