Job Description

Content Leadership: 

  • Develop content strategy across clients driving creativity, ideation, and innovation that lead to ownable consumer engagement opportunities.  

  • Embody both creative story-telling and thought leadership capabilities with analytical and technical knowledge and skill to perform at a high level. Has a strong command of the overall content landscape from a brand communication and publisher perspective.  

  • Support the total content practice across the organization, inclusive of thought leadership, sharing of learnings, mentorship, and innovation efforts. 

  • Collaborate with cross channel content creators and media brands and partners to identify, create, customize and execute opportunities that deliver on specific client goals across disciplines. Strong relationship with partners to allow easier negotiation, access to innovations, smooth delivery and campaign execution. 

  • Lead project execution, campaigns, integrated sponsorships and content creation across linear, digital, OTT/CTV, social, print, event, and emerging and interactive platforms. Supervise the development, and monitoring of client delivery executions, assuring quality control of all media planning and implementation. Facilitate collaboration with internal, publisher and client measurement leads to establish and report on program KPIs and drive optimization to ensure exceeding goals 

  • Collaborate with Strategy, Investments and Analytics teams to create integrated marketing solutions driving measurable ROI. Extend collaboration with other departments or disciplines to create opportunity and drive growth. 

  • Participate in new business pitches as Content lead when required 

 

Client Management: 

  • Serve as client contact for all content and creative, regularly presenting recommendations and results to clients via formal & informal channels 

  • Build strong relationship with client team leads, continuously showcasing Publicis Alchemy’s content strengths, thought leadership, innovation capabilities, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities 

 

Team Leadership and Development: 

  • Lead a team of Directors, Managers and Associates. Support, direct, mentor team to ensure individual, team, and client success.  

  • Embraces and encourages a culture based on cross team work, communication, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity 

  • Brings content knowledge and supports trainings for all members of the team.  

  • Motivates, leads, and manages internal teams (Strategy, Investments and Analytics teams), working collaboratively to plan, execute and optimize campaigns that meet objectives 

  • Assists in interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, developing, and evaluating team members 

  • Conducts performance reviews for direct reports, helping them to further grow in their career 

  • Support greater Zenith Content Practice as well as Publicis Groupe Content Services by attending all meetings, trainings, etc. 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising or related field  

  • 8-10 years of content, creative, marketing experience 

  • Knowledge and understanding of the production process for all mediums  

  • Relationships with marketing, creative and production teams at marketplace partners as well an independent third parties 

  • Knowledge of social listening tools to aid in content strategy development (Netbase, Google trends, GWI, etc…)  

  • Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, follow-though skills 

  • Must be hard-working, resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced environment 

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $153,000 - $240,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
