The Publicis Media UK Commercial team works with client leads and brand leadership teams across all Publicis Media UK brands to deliver improved commercial controls, reduce commercial risk, improve margin and enhance / emphasise the value of the solutions we provide to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up new timesheet reporting codes.
• Resolving any timesheet queries from the agency employees
• System access set up for all new starters
• Providing monthly and ad hoc client time reports to client leads
• Month end utilisation reporting for 7 agencies to be submitted to Publicis Groupe
• Upload of CPR reporting on HFM for 4 agency reporting packages.

• Demonstrate determination to achieve objectives
• Must be pro-active, curious, and a problem solver
• Prioritisation, time management and attention to detail
• Understands and can meet deadlines
• Professional, ambitious, driven and a team player
• Organisational skills and able to work independently as well as with a team and different personalities
