Zenith (Bogotá/ Colombia)  is seeking an Project Manager to join the third largest communications group in the world, a leader in marketing, communication and digital business transformation #ThePowerofOne

This role is fast paced and requires excellent project management skills, along with the ability to effectively manage international relationships, both with clients and local agencies. Good knowledge of digital and experience in operations management is essentia

Who are we looking for?
A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and abilities: 
•    Previous experience managing senior stakeholder relationships.
•    Previous experience working across multiple markets and managing a diverse team (or a strong desire to work in a multi-market capacity).
•    Integrated, strategic media experience with a good understanding of digital (across social, video, display, search & programmatic) and knowledge of campaign management.
•    Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills to be able to engage with multiple stakeholders to drive delivery of projects
•    Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high standard of work
•    Evidence of being solution driven and innovative with how they drive performance and delivery
•    Great presentation skills – able to speak confidently to the clients and internal stakeholders
•    Fluent English is a mandatory skill. 80% of the communication written and verbal will be in English. 
•    Portuguese is a deseriable skill. The main market of the region is Brazil. 

Responsabilities

•    Efficient time management and prioritisation of multiple projects across different business units 
•    Coordinates and inspires agency resource including planning, digital, trading, search
•    Collaboration with media partners 
•    Deploy and liaise with local markets in the delivery of projects
•    Create opportunities for local market governance connections and monthly plan updates (e.g. extranet, email updates, conferences, newsletters, standing calls, etc.)
•    Overseeing finance management and reporting
