Job Description

You will be working with the wider Publicis Media team to assist in planning, buying, monitoring and reporting of campaigns for a range of clients (including global FMCG companies, fashion retailers, entertainment and fastfood). This is an entry-level role and as such you will learn a wide range of foundation skills on which to build a successful career in media planning and buying across all media from broadcast television to social.

What you will do

  • Day to day  deliverables for clients such as requests, financial queries, proof of appearance, competitive reports, digital reports, invoicing etc
  • Implementing campaigns and booking media with publishers
  • Checking publisher contracts and supplier invoices to ensure they are consistent with the approved plan.
  • Ensuring monthly invoicing is completed with a high level of accuracy
  • Co-ordinate timely & accurate delivery of material with creative partners and media partners
  • Creating campaign reports (both interim and final) to be presented internally and to clients
  • Conducting desktop research to support the creation of media plans
  • Identifying insights from results to inform future campaigns
  • Attending client meetings and supplier meetings as required
  • Various admin and office management tasks as requested.

  • An uncanny mix of strong process and the ability to think laterally
  • Support and help develop a positive workplace culture
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrate through own actions a commitment to Health and Safety at work when undertaking work or observing others in the workplace.
  • Ideally hold a tertiary qualification.
