Job Description

Due to increased business needs, we are looking for a motivated, engaged and committed individual, who ideally has a background in a media-related function to join our unique service offering within the Publicis Groupe. This role sits with Apex, a client-first growth and solutions hub which is focused on problem-solving and driving value for our clients.

You will support the Apex Operations Director, and two fellow managers to ensure we are offering agencies a fast and efficient service. You will also have the opportunity to expand on your management skills as you will be directly responsible for managing three-four junior team members at the Senior Executive/Executive level.

  • Provide Apex solutions to offline briefs across TV, radio, OOH and cinema
  • Ensure digital reconciliation is being completed accurately, on time, and end to end processes are followed in a compliant way; this includes ensuring deadlines are met (from brief, response, booking, reconciliation and invoicing)
  • Update vendor deal trackers daily to enable us to provide deal updates at any time e.g. how much inventory we’ve sold, what revenue has been generated and what inventory we have left to sell
  • Collaborate with the Ops Director to develop clear individual responsibilities, structured training plans, team competence, and KPIs for junior members’
  • Identify what motivates your team, where they need to be further challenged, and assess your team’s output to constantly deliver quality responses
  • Understand direct reports' strengths and weaknesses, working style and be able to confidently give constructive feedback to junior team members regularly

Qualifications

  • Excellent maths and numeracy skills
  • Confident and competent in Microsoft Office Excel (familiar with filtering, tables, constructing formulae and pivot tables)
  • Able to work with large data sets and demonstrate methods employed to track progress/changes/differences etc.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential for you and direct reports
  • Organised, able to lead your team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and complete tasks accurately
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; manage agency/vendor expectations, help to resolve issues quickly, and know when to escalate.
