In this newly created role we are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Capacity Manager to undertake a variety of responsibilities such as recruitment, orientation and placement of freelancers across our Media brands and practices. You will also be the person to ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws regarding freelance employment.

This requires excellent communication skills and an ability to foster relationships with both employees and external vendors.  You will ideally have experience in hiring and onboarding interim talent as well as other human resources procedures.

Your goal as our Senior Capacity Manager is to ensure that the company’s short term staffing requirements are always met and our teams work together in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

The Talent Operations team works in partnership with both Talent Management and Talent Acquisition to form the Talent Team which in turn partners with every department in the business.  Talent Operations responsibility is to expertly advise on all matters relating to the people operational needs of the business, never taking an eye off the process and compliance necessary for keeping the trains on the track and striving to ensure that our people processes are world class for new joiners and employee experience, calibration and creating a diverse, unrivalled workforce. 

Every member of the Talent Operations team is a key player in our success, we lend our expertise as subject matter experts to enable the business to deliver people processes critical to the success of the company.  We are on a mission to deliver our people operations services to talent across the Publicis Media practice.

Experience Required

• Experience on a freelance desk as a staffing coordinator or similar position
• Ability to quickly gain credibility with key stake holders in a global business, responsiveness is key
• Keen attention to delivery timelines, details, and data integrity across all systems used
• Proactive and effective with communication, ensuring your line manager and stakeholders are aware of workloads and that deliverables / expectations are manageable
• Comfortable with ambiguity, and able to create an environment of stability in an ever changing landscape
