Job Description

Develop and execute marketing campaigns for clients, which may include but are not limited to the following: Identify influencer marketing opportunities for brand promotion, contact and build relationships with influencers and clients, develop content ideas, monitor influencer marketing campaigns & prepare end of activity performance reports.

Main tasks:

  • Support the various needs of the Influencer Marketing and Social Media team as directed by the team lead.
  • Execute influencer marketing campaigns for clients, which may include but are not limited to the following:

             - Identify influencer marketing opportunities for brand promotion.
             - Contact and build relationships with influencers and clients.
             - Develop content ideas. Write and curate content. Produce reports.
             - Develop innovative, creative and unique approaches to influencer marketing.
             - Liaise with clients regarding influencer marketing strategy and content creation.
             - Develop recommendations for clients to further expand their influencer                                  marketing campaigns.
             - Monitor influencer execution during campaign period.
             - Communicate results, both internally and to clients.

  • Draft proposals/recommendations of influencers and prepare basic rationale for media teams based on the briefs.
  • Liaise and follow up with influencers on proper implementation of ideas.
  • To ensure booking by administration team is timely and accurate.
  • Prepare status reports and post campaign reports.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging digital media platforms such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat & TikTok.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who can come in and immediately make an impact. This person should exude confidence and display a desire to learn. Whilst the successful candidate will be well supported and trained, we would be ideally looking for someone who can ‘hit the ground running’.

Ideally we are looking for someone who has:

  • BS/MS degree in Marketing, Public Relations or a related field

And someone who shows:

  • Strong communication skills. The role involves liaising with clients, influencers, and internal teams
  • Great organizational skills - the role entails coordination with a large number of influencers and client stakeholders in overlapping activity periods.
  • Flexible, adaptable and quick learner.
  • Attention to details.
  • Ability to multi-task and cope with pressure.
  • Efficient, proactive and takes ownership of work.
