Job Description

  • Line manage at least one Partnerships Executive and one Manager, providing leadership, inspiration and motivation
  • Provide regular feedback and build a trusted relationship with your team, and nurture them to challenge the way things are done to achieve measurable, continuous improvements
  • Be a proactive driver of new business, collaborating with agency planning leads to identify and lead on opportunities for revenue growth by integrating partnerships solutions into clients’ wider media strategies
  • Proactively support your Head Of and the wider business with responding to new business or organic growth opportunities, expertly challenging briefs and providing creative and innovative responses that align with clients’ overall business goals
  • Problem solve at a senior level, skillfully overcoming any challenges that may arise and dealing directly with clients to manage solutions

Qualifications

  • At least five years’ experience creating and project managing successful multifaceted branded content partnerships
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience in a client-facing role within a team environment
  • Expert knowledge of partnerships and sponsorships across multiple media channels
  • An experienced and natural leader who is comfortable managing and motivating a team, with expert project management, operational management and negotiation skills
  • Creative and structured approach to delivering innovative responses to briefs, negotiating competitive rates and exceeding client expectations
