Job Description

Publicis Sapient is looking for a global marketing professional to lead the strategy across our industries & alliances team. A successful candidate is well versed in digital business transformation, has driven and designed marketing strategy with an innovative mindset. This individual will lead a global team of leaders across a diverse set of industry segments, spearheading our go-to-market strategy. This role is responsible for overseeing the market development alongside our alliance partners (which include Adobe, Salesforce, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, SAP, Oracle, amongst other top technology providers). Reporting to the CMO, this role is instrumental in creating strategic targets and goals that are aligned across business leaders and together yield profitable growth for the organization. As a senior strategic marketing leader, you will partner closely with other leaders and stakeholders to help create rich programs, initiatives, and journeys that effectively communicate the value of Publicis Sapient. This is a highly visible leadership role and will have significant impact on the long-term growth of the business.

Requirements:

  • Serve as a strategy and marketing expert to Publicis Sapient with an understanding of the digital business transformation space.
  • Ability to assess the market and make strategic pivots based on segmentation, economic fluctuations, and industry disruption.
  • Create and deliver ideas and concepts that set Publicis Sapient apart in the digital business transformation space with a strong position for market growth and recognition across various digital channels.
  • Work in partnership with marketing leadership and other stakeholders to set the vision, approach and excellence in execution.
  • Work in an agile environment managing multiple projects in tandem on different pods with global teams and capabilities.
  • Develop, maintain, and drive industries & alliances strategy utilizing operational and analytical rigor and a data-driven approach to devise short and long-term strategy to position and build market share.
  • Build a quick understand of core clients to effectively oversee core positioning of the brand in market and articulate to a fast-growing global customer base and other constituencies.
  • Develop framework and hierarchy for existing and new products and offerings.
  • Provide innovative approaches to reach clients and build relationships, tethering them to the strategy.
  • Plan and manage budgets.
  • Manage and grow the global team.
  • Track metrics and KPIs to measure performance and success, with the ability to prioritize, driving business impact and results.

Qualifications

  • Must speak data and digital, and understand technology.
  • Ability to evoke, connect and build emotional relationships.
  • High level of comfort with ambiguity, fluid priorities and work in a virtual environment while inspiring and influencing others.
  • Agile and innovative thinker.
  • Ability to manage multiple and complex priorities and make connections outside marketing, with eye on driving growth and better integration.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
  • Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
