Job Description

What you’ll do:  

As a Senior Content Editor, you’ll help lead a cross-functional team that includes marketing, strategy, planning, creative and project management, educating the group at large on content/asset publishing tactics and the business impact of CMS platforms.

Day-to-day, your role includes:

  • Use the CMS to build web pages; flow content (copy, images, video, links) into CMS application and publish to the site experience
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve content issues in the CMS and on live production environment
  • Tag site content with keywords and other metadata
  • Support, create and maintain functional, business, technical and other project-related documentation. Participate in content management planning for site and associated channels:
  • Contribute to planning for site enhancements and new functionality (in collaboration with technical and creative teams)
  • Communicate CMS content template specifications (character counts, image sizes, etc) to creative teams working on new content
  • Work closely with the project team that is spread across multiple countires to determine daily project status
  • Maintain concise and clear documentation dictated by best practices
  • Work with teams to create and refine workflow processes for publishing content based on business needs
  • Adhere to content guidelines and best practices
  • Proactively audit/edit content issues on the site (and optimizing)
  • Create and maintain CMS authoring guides and conduct CMS trainings to internal and client teams
  • Securing deliverable assets and managing assets within the Asset Management Systems

Qualifications

We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

  • Advanced English Level: C1 is a MUST
  • Experience authoring content in a CMS, with expertise in 1 or more of these platforms: Adobe Experience Manager(AEM) is a MUST and or Sitecore, Drupal, OpenText, among others.
  • Understand the design and architecture of a CMS
  • Ability to be flexible and tolerate ambiguity while still operating effectively
  • Capable of being self-managed, be a team player, quality conscious, flexible and eager to share and acquire knowledge
  • 2-4 years of related experience
