Job Description

Our Associate Creative Directors make digital products and services people love to use. They are collaborators who bring multidisciplinary teams together to set and drive a vision forward but who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty making things. Their backgrounds run the gamut from site to mobile, ecom to campaign, startup to agency, but at heart they are digital experience creators.

An ideal candidate for this role is well-versed in both user experience and content strategy: someone who knows their way around complex site structures and interaction patterns along with a big-picture view of how content and messaging work to make that architecture tell its most meaningful story.

•    Lead design and CS from kickoff to launch for multiple projects

•    Solve complex problems and find the clearest, most compelling way to communicate the solution

•    Craft deliverables including strategic vision, site maps, content authoring guidelines, taxonomies, and maybe things no one has a name for yet

•    Understand strategic business goals—and challenge them when needed

•    Weigh in as a subject matter expert with cross-disciplinary agency and client partners

Qualifications

What youll do

A few things we want to see in you

•    Deep experience in design and content for digital products and content platforms across multiple brands

•    Clear understanding of the relationship between content and design

•    Exceptional skill with the written word

•    Experience collaborating with strategy, data science, technology, and other disciplines

•    Comfort presenting work and owning the room with large groups of clients and internal teams

•    Experience with design tools such as InVision, Sketch, Figma, etc.

•    The ability to execute, organize, defend, and deliver work, while sweating the details

•    Informed opinions

 

The ideal candidate will have

•    A portfolio of relevant work: It will showcase your experience in the design process, content organization and creation, and solving the problems of real customers

•    At least 10 years professional experience in UX and/or CS

•    Understanding of user-centric design and product development best practices

•    Experience translating data into strategic recommendations

•    Awareness of the latest design, technology, and content trends

•    Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager is a plus
