The purpose of the Digital Manager Role in the Worldwide team is to develop, deliver and present best in class digital solutions for our clients. These digital solutions are both short term (e.g campaign digital strategy) and medium/long term (e.g digital business development/ transformation and both cross-brands and brand dedicated). The responsibilities are outlined below.
 

This role sits within the Digital & Innovation team, part of the Worldwide team at Zenith, however the role will be required to collaborate closely with other Zenith Departments (Especially Operations, programmatic and Search) and with Publicis Solutions hubs, working to deliver ‘Power of One’ Groupe projects for Nestlé.

Job Description

Building digital strategies and campaign activations recommendations, powered by digital data:

Must be expert in understanding where and how to generate digital insights. You will be expected to understand digital tools and systems (both proprietary and 3rd party). This includes

knowledge and application of the following 3rd party systems/techniques: Facebook Insights, Google Trends, GWI Nielsen (OCR XCR) and DMP’s.

You will be expected to use these insights to support the Associate Digital Directors with the development of digital strategies that are insightful, innovative, integrated and effective with clear translation through to activation across all biddable channels.

 You will also support Associate Digital Directors to produce best practice client toolkits for channels and disciplines (working with specialist implementation teams where required).

You will have the opportunity to better understand the different categories within which Nestlé operates (Coffee, Petcare, Infant Nutrition etc.) and better understand the role of digital to help brands to achieve their business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Digital Strategy experience from digital or media agencies (client side digital roles would also be interesting)
  • Competent across Office tools (excel, ppt etc.)
  • Written and Oral Presentation skills – Client facing role
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape: platforms features and connections especially GMP (e.g. DV360, Google Campaign Manager, SA360) – ideally previous hands-on experience
  • Close collaboration with other communications agency partners (eg. Digital, technology and creative)
  • CPG experience preferred but not essential
  • Languages preferred but not essential
