Main Responsibilities

As a Planner / Senior Planner (Digital), you will be responsible to support your Manager in digital media planning and buying, including:

Planning

  • Assist the Manager to develop media strategy, channel/ platform recommendations and prepare the detailed media flow-plan; 
  • Leverage available planning tools and liaise with media owners for proposals;
  • Engage clients on day to day operations, media trend updates and various campaign reports on local/regional/global levels.

Digital Operations

  • Negotiate with media owners for better rates and value adds;
  • Book ads – both managed service and self-service across various platforms;
  • Liaise with media vendors & creative agencies for material submission;
  • Digital ad ops including adserving, set-up on self-serve platforms, review of creative assets and usage of tagging taxonomies
  • Oversee all performance across channels (Search, Social, Programmatic etc.);
  • Monitor and optimize performance during campaign period across platforms such as Google Adwords, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
  • Weekly digital reporting, end of campaign reporting and reconciliation of final costs for finance billings.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years’ of digital media experience
  • Meticulous, good with numbers and able to organise and prioritise tasks and work under tight timelines
  • Operational proficiency in Google Marketing Platform (e.g. DV360, CM) and self-serve platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram) required
  • Operational proficiency in Google Search a plus
  • Resilient to change and willing to keen to learn new skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external parties
  • Ready to take up initiatives and ownership of projects
  • Play well with others and is a team player
