Our Content Service consists of 70+ specialists working across content strategy & planning, creative, production, social, influencers and partnerships. We service Publicis brands, building complete content stories which are audience-centric and platform-native. Our global scale gives us unrivalled access to market-leading data, tech, marketplaces & partners.

Job Description

Reporting into the Head of Social & Content Products, you will lead multiple projects across a range of clients and sectors in both the UK and globally. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects, and conceiving innovative solutions for both existing clients and new business opportunities. You will also build strong relationships with partners to deliver first-to-market opportunities, and work collaboratively with our client’s partner agencies, agency internal teams (planners and trading) and other teams within the Content Service to deliver best-in-class creative solutions which consistently exceed client goals.

You should have a clear point of view on how innovative content products should evolve to remain competitive and relevant to clients, and be ready to share this with senior stakeholders. This is a growing team looking for someone with strong drive backed by solid experience to deliver award winning innovation projects.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver innovative, strategic responses to briefs by providing solutions to client challenges which meet their business goals
  • Collaborate with agency planning leads to identify opportunities for revenue growth by integrating creative and content services within partnership solutions and new business opportunities
  • Line manage one person, providing leadership, inspiration and motivation
  • Provide regular feedback and build trusted relationships with your team, and nurture your team to challenge the way things are done to achieve measurable, continuous improvements
  • Create partnerships which are structured to the benefit of the client
  • Problem solve and project manage at a senior level to deliver integrated product and innovation solutions across a range of clients
  • Build trusted relationships with wider Publicis teams, clients, media owners and client agency partners to support client retention

Qualifications

  • Six years’ experience in delivering integrated content marketing strategies within a media or digital agency, or in-house, with an emphasis on collaboration and multi-channel output
  •  Strong interpersonal skills and experience in a client-facing role within a team environment
  •  An expert knowledge of digital media channels and their integration within the marketing-communications mix
  • A natural leader who is comfortable managing and motivating a team, with expert project management, operational management and negotiation skills
  • Proven success in developing innovative digital campaigns, budgets and timelines
