Job Description

Your role will involve strategic and implementational media planning and, crucially, client handling and account management for one of Zenith's key global clients - Coty.

Coty is a global beauty company making cosmetic, skin, fragrance & hair brands. They aim to positively disrupt the industry, by creating a radically inclusive world of beauty. The team are big thinkers, and strive to deliver award-winning strategies and communications ideas which demonstrably achieve commercial return.

The Role

  • You will look to create, develop and push big game-changing ideas through to execution.
  • You will assume joint responsibility with the business director to maintain excellent client relationships.
  • You will ensure operational excellence through the smooth running and reporting of client finances (Approvals, PO’s, billings forecasts etc.).
  • You will effectively line manage at least 2 managers and 2 execs, ensuring that they are provided with the required support and guidance in their day to day work.
  • You will deliver the media strategy across a variety of product areas, along with the overall annual strategy.
  • You will run both the traditional and digital campaign activities, across the clients portfolio of brands.

Qualifications

  • You will possess the natural ability to encourage greater creativity in strategic development, proposing better ways of working with clients.
  • You are able to utilise open planning techniques to develop consumer insight and better ideas.
  • You will be able to distil a diverse brief into a concise, actionable strategy, and see each campaign through to its completion.
  • You are a strong communicator, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • You will have the experience to deliver big, game-changing ideas, ensuring a high proportion are executed.
  • Experience and/or a passion for the beauty industry is desirable but not essential.
