Job Description
- Develop and deliver standout strategies across multiple markets for both paid social campaigns.
- Mentor, coach, train, support and guide the team in all areas of biddable media
- Strong experience across both social branding and performance campaigns
- Take overall responsibility for managing budgets for specific clients and campaigns
- Clear and timely communication with clients and other members of the team
- Help facilitate a strong ‘team’ ethos and exhibit focused and positive team leadership.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders: Client Planning teams, Buying Teams across all disciplines, Clients, Media Owners and tech providers.
- Experience in planning, activating and reporting on Paid Social campaigns across the major Social Media channels
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Aptitude in maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Exemplary track record in managing budgets and booking finance
- Be solution driven and innovative with how they drive performance across accounts.
- Confidence in driving innovation and proposing new solutions to clients
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Ability to deliver a high standard of work with strong attention to detail within an agreed deadline
- Experience in managing members of a team and delegating tasks
- An analytical thinker with the ability to draw insights and conclusions from data pulled by the internal measurement team.
- Confidence in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders while pushing for best in class activation, and experience of doing so under pressured conditions.
Qualifications
- Experience in planning, managing and activating multichannel campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, AdWords, YouTube)
- Experience of global, multi-brand clients
- Experience of entertainment clients
- Passionate about and engaged with the fast changing world of social media, online video, search and digital marketing
- Solid understanding of how owned, earned, shared and paid social media work together and specifically with traditional media and search as well as other marketing disciplines
- Detail orientated with first-class analytical skills
- Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships whilst positively influencing those around you
- Highly literate with a good understanding of how language is used to communicate to different audiences.
- Commitment to deliver first class work every time, and never leave a quality issue unchecked
- Diligence and attention to detail in optimisation and reporting
- Highly commercial - selling value, negotiation, client relationship management skills, how to be a trusted business advisor
