This position would see you take the day-to-day lead across the digital FCA business across all EMEA markets: central campaign with an ideal focus on Jeep, Heritage and Abarth. The role will also include supporting the media coordination team on digital related matters (i.e. reporting, benchmarks, tools, guidance in campaign management).
 

Responsibilities:

  • Developing relationships and acting as the primary digital intermediary for relevant client side digital stakeholders; ensuring you understand their business needs and objectives
  • Working in parallel with both the central capability team and 28 local market teams to deliver bestin class communications and results; driving standards to achieve the highest level of excellence.
  • Providing support to the central coordination team in developing digital strategy guidelines and media solutions (on request) 
  • Drive local market best practice share & reapply: Development and coordination of a shared regional guidelines to drive local market digital best practice share and reapply in line with the HQ key priorities. 
  • Account Management
    o Regularly liaising with FCA brand teams and stakeholders
    o Central digital planning and coordination: translating inputs and expectations of the HQ regarding the central digital (mostly social, OLV, search) campaigns management.
    o Will liaise with the central biddable digital team in Milan and coordinate the operations, receiving direct inputs and reporting directly the HQ Digital team stakeholders.
    o Lead the implementation and further development of global media dashboard solution
    o Drive ongoing evaluation of Global Media KPI framework
    o Support and overlook local implementation of global adserving solution and media tooling solution
    o Support the improvement of both internal and external knowledge of digital, 
  • Project Management
     

Qualifiche

We’re looking for someone with a strong digital planning and activation background across all digital channels. It’s a great opportunity to evolve with an exciting client, working with our European coordination hub, as well as with the colleagues form the various local European Starcom offices.
The ideal candidate will be curious and analytical, highly precise and proactive, and capable of leading projects that encompass several stakeholders, both internal to Starcom and external (Client, other agencies and key media and tech partners). We are looking for someone able to understand the client’s business thoroughly and then deliver effective solutions with great story-telling and leadership. Time & project management skills, as well as a problem-solving approach, are necessary. We’ll be looking for big thinkers, who execute the detail with diligence and take pride in their work.

TECNICAL SKILLS

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience from the agency or client-side managing media planning and strategy for a brand or brands.
  • Also managed and worked with digital media technology vendors, such as DMP, DSP, Ad Serving,CMS, CRM and Analytics software
  • Proven success in planning and implementation of complex international projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of media channels and media planning and buying approaches
  • Have managed media campaigns across multiple geographies is a plus.
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Excel and PPT knowledge (ideally Advanced)
