Job Description

We are looking for an Analyst as part of a growing team supporting the data driven marketing programme for a number of accounts. The Analyst is a core part of the team underpinning planning and optimisations with insightful analysis of audience and media performance, turning insights into audience activation, overseeing media optimisations cross channel, support the development of KPI frameworks, support attribution modelling and develop testing framerworks as part of an ongoing learning agenda. The Analyst reports into a DDT Director who drives data driven strategy for our clients. Working with 2-3 clients you will need to develop expertise in the brands’ offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with media and strategy teams to identify new opportunities to improve media performance through insight and analysis
  • Underpin the development of the audience strategy for future campaigns by pulling insight across paid owned and earned media, from previous campaigns and a multitude of different sources
  • Deliver campaign analysis from setup, in-campaign optimisation through to final analysis post campaign reporting at a cross-channel and cross-media level, lead insights delivery internally and externally
  • Lead digital campaign optimization feeding ideas and requirements into activation teams to improve rigour in our measurement approach and execution
  • Be the team expert on which behaviours, attitudes and signals are fundamental to the campaign success ultimately driving planning and execution efforts
  • Work with media and technology consulting teams to implement data-driven media campaigns
  • Present recommendations to internal and client stakeholders professionally and confidently
  • Communicate with client on data opportunities, media performance analysis working with the DDT and data sciences teams to build proposals and business cases for additional work
  • Responsible to drive the learning agenda for data driven marketing and setup of segmentation strategy in the DMP leading the technical specialist on the account
  • Actively contribute to case study and award writing to continuously demonstrate the learning and insight derived
  • Perform exploratory anlaysis to tell stories from data
  • Build trusting relationship with the client and be able to elaborate on data offerings
  • Partner with key vendors/internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for custom research, pilot/test new measurement platforms and leverage their data for planning purposes

Qualifications

  • A strong digital practitioner, with experience gained from within a media agency or digital specialist agency across many different channels such as display, programmatic media, search, video, social, CRM, affiliates and web analysis
  • Keen to help others develop client value from digital, visible to the wider team and someone who can immediately make an impact and develop solutions and optimisations with other teams
  • A curious and passionate degree educated individual
  • A true passion for making a difference to the work we do internally and our client’s business
  • Experience with online and offline media
  • In-depth experience analyzing, interpreting and visualizing data from media sources such as ad servers, DMPs, DSPs, web analytics systems, tag management systems, bid optimisation  and social media platforms
  • Background in media performance reporting, optimizations
  • Understanding of data applications, offerings in the industry
