Job Description

Planning Managers at Zenith are crucial talent to our agencies growth and development. We seek talent that is highly motivated, energised and committed to being both as an inspiration internally and for our clients. With over 2000 brands under their global belt, your role will be working with the worlds largest food and beverage company. As a fast paced and highly rewarding account, your role will see you work across a number of their different brands across a variety of on and offline channels.

The Role

  • You will work closely with the planning director to maintain excellent client relationships.
  • You will be responsible for the development of direct reports, helping them to exceed their KPI’s.
  • You will be the key point of contact for your client and the agency, keeping your director up to date with the brands development.
  • You will help to maintain excellent relationships with other agency partners and media owners.
  • You will run both the traditional and digital campaign activities.
  • You will look to take ownership of your teams reputation, helping to build a positive and motivated team.

Qualifications

  • You will possess excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • You will have excellent attention to detail, with strong presentation skills.
  • You are a natural relationship builder, always looking to find a win-win for both the agency and your client.
  • You will possess a strong and well rounded planning ability, with experience in both on and offline channels. 
  • You will thrive in fast paced environments, with the ability to adapt and overcome challenges you are faced with.
  • Experience working with food and beverage clients is advantageous but not essential.
