Job Description

The purpose of the Ad Tech Manager Role in the World Wide team is to assist the Head of Data and Ad Tech to deliver best in class delivery to clients. These solutions are both short term (technical operational support, insights, reports) and long term (business development, strategic recommendations) and are taken in a tech agnostic and transparent way.

Team/Department Profile:

Zenith is currently setting up a new dedicated unit focused on managing all digital media (direct, programmatic, social and paid search) at the global level. This unit will be focused on Reckit Benkiser and will be set up across 3 regional hubs (New York – US, London – EMEA, New Dehli – APAC). These regional hubs will be in charge of executing digital campaigns for a number of markets for each hub.

This specific role will be based in London and report into the regional hub lead for EMEA. This centralised executional model brings a new transformational approach to digital execution and will become a blueprint for future clients at Zenith. A strong focus on data, technology and automation will make this programme a unique environment to work in and develop your professional skills.

 

Responsibilities:    

  • Support to stack implementation (DSP, SSP, DMP, Social, Ad verification, ad server, site analytics) across all markets/brands
  • Tech stack and platform architecture definition
  • Tech stack and platform maintenance
  • Defining data collection against planning frameworks defined
  • Support contract negotiation with tech vendors, when needed
  • Align global data flows by defining global RB naming conventions
  • Quarterly re-appraisal of the current stack
  • Troubleshooting on ad stack implementation and coordinating an efficient Ad operations hub with the specialist offshore ad trafficking team
  • Supporting Analytics team in Analysing campaigns via ad server or analytics to enhance insights to the global digital directors
  • Building and Training clients on tech stack
  • Successful campaign launches
  • Working with Publicis Media partnerships and technology teams

 

Key requirements:

  • Hands on experience with Adservers, Social and Paid Search platforms
  • Proficient knowledge of Doubleclick and Google Analytics
  • Experience in Digital Ad Operations
  • Proven working knowledge of the Digital Ad Technology Ecoystem
  • Advanced use of GA for campaign tracking and optimisation
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
