Job Description

Publicis Media MENA is seeking a qualified AdTech/ MarTech Senior Executive to support the ad operations function and AdTech advisory services across Publicis Media brand agencies and other practices. The position plays a vital role in propagating best practices, cross-functional consistency and driving the agenda for growth in TAAG services. The objective is to provide clients with novel digital marketing solutions to achieve their business KPIs or to generate new business value streams.
 

Responsibilities:

-Provide TAAG services to clients across Publicis Media MENA brand agencies, including but not limited to, Starcom, Spark Foundry and Zenith.

  • Services include ad operations and AdTech/ MarTech based solution consulting and implementation.

-Support the AdTech Manager and the Ad Operations team in the following areas:

  • Supporting the development of a growing remote team of Ad Operations Executives based in Beirut, Lebanon.
  • Evangelizing and propagating a single taxonomy across each client’s AdTech stack, that will require cross-practice collaboration.
  • Deploy/ implement or get up to speed with new AdTech/ MarTech tools as and when required.
        -Tools such as as Ad Servers, TMS, Ad Verification, DCO, App Analytics, Site Analytics, 
         DMPs, DSPs and CMS.
  • Recognize opportunities to sell TAAG services to clients to drive their business KPIs and deliver organic growth for TAAG.
  • Train brand agency client teams in relevant AdTech/ MarTech tools to ensure they are self-sufficient and comfortable with the technology used for their clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Sciences or equivalent practical experience.
     
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with AdTech and MarTech.
     
  •  Strong technical aptitude and client servicing skills, as well as deep knowledge of the prominent AdTech and MarTech: on-boarding, Ad Serving, TMS, Ad Verification, DCO, App Analytics, Site Analytics, DMPs, DSPs.
     
  • Hands on experience with Google Campaign Manager, Sizmek Ad Server, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Ad verification vendors.
        -Bonus - hands on experience with: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe
        Dynamic Tag Management, Twitter Ads, Snapchat Ads, Linked Ads and app analytics   
        vendors (Adjust, Kochava, Appsflyer, TUNE).    
     
  • Proficient analytical and Excel skills.
         -Bonus Experience: Python, JavaScript, SQL and cloud services e.g. BigQuery.
     
  • Experience as a customer-facing technical solution consultant, with: 
         -High attention to detail.
         -Experience in critical problem-solving and data management techniques.
         -Ability to influence internally and externally to facilitate adoption of technology and best 
          practices.
         -Strong communication, editing and writing skills.
     
  •   Ability to work in a fast-pace, collaborative and team-oriented environment, including:
         -Experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and 
          customer base.
          -Managing tasks and time commitments to meet project deadlines.
          -Keeping up with changing priorities and adhering to standardized processes and 
          procedures.
