Job Description

Role:

We are excited for a new graduate or junior executive to join our Performance Planning team at Zenith, working on a major financial services brand. The role does require having a high degree of attention to detail in terms of literacy and numerical analysis, and be able to cope well when under pressure. What makes this role particularly of interest is that we work across all major digital specialisms here at Zenith, enabling you to learn across the digital media environment and agency.

Team/Department Profile:

The RBS performance planning team is made up of 11 Performance planners in total (1x Business Director, 2x Performance Planning Directors, 4x Performance Planning Managers, 3x Planning Executives, 1 Digital Insights Manager and one DMP Manager) an Insights director as well as an Above the Line Planning team so there are plenty of people to learn from and room to grow.

 

Client Information:

The client is RBS, including NatWest. You’ll get to work on innovative performance media campaigns for one of the largest financial services advertisers in the UK. The role will cover all of the client’s top products giving you the chance to develop a deep understanding of the sector. The client has developed a test and learn culture to fail fast and learn quickly – your role will be to lead this process and drive change.

Responsibilities:    

•        Set up, traffic and implement campaigns for comparison websites

•        Monitor campaign activity and interpreting the information/data

•        Investigate and distribute relevant facts/insights to the wider internal team and to RBS

•        Work with the partners both internal and external to explore new and different opportunities

•        Facilitate partners both internal and external to activate, monitor, optimise and report on campaign performance activity

•        Help arrange regular media owner meetings

•        Present key campaign findings/insight to the client

•        Ensuring that projects and deliverables are met on time to the highest standard

•        Test and learn new platforms and media opportunities

 

Key requirements:

 

•        Excellent Communication skills (written and oral) with experience in presenting

•        Numerate

•        High Attention to Detail

•        Excellent at Excel

•        Good in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office programs

•        Very personable

•        Logical – finds it easy to problem solve
