It consists of 100+ experts working across content strategy, partnerships, production, social, and influencers. PMC central clients include Nestle, Luxottica, Oracle, Marriott, UBS, Samsung, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and more.

Job Description

  • Create multi-market content partnerships which are structured to answer the given brief, including strategic frameworks, robust evaluation of publishers & proposals, measurement etc.
  • Project manage integrated partnership solutions (with your Exec as well) across a range of clients, including brand partnerships, sponsorships, advertiser funded programmes and product placement
  • Challenge media partners to deliver innovative responses to briefs and provide solutions to client challenges that inspire our advertisers to work with PMC
  • Negotiate best value on every content partnership, ensuring that relevant trading teams are informed of campaigns and that all projects comply with any pre-agreed pricing guarantees by media.
  • Support your Director and the wider business with creative ideas and research for new business pitches when required.
  • Set clear roles and responsibilities at the start of each project for yourself and your Exec, allowing for your Exec’s development and learning.
  • Prioritise your work-load and manage your own tasks to achieve deadlines, ensuring Execs supporting you do the same
  • Line manage one Partnerships Executive
  • Provide regular feedback and build a trusted relationship with your Exec
  • Develop your Exec’s skills across the media landscape, negotiation, project management, creativity, data analysis and campaign optimisation

Qualifications

  • Experience with integrated media partnership, ideally multi-market.
  • Experience managing people (not necessarily as a direct report)
  • Excellent understanding of the World Wide media landscape & the role of content within it
  • Experience working with centralised clients and multi-market briefs
  • Confidence dealing with global and senior clients
  • Strong end-to-end project management skills and a level of negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail & high interest in content marketing
  • Creative & structured approach to devising partnership opportunities
  • Proven success in delivering high-quality multi-market branded content partnerships
  • Process driven, experience using research and measurement tools
  • Ability to analyse campaign results and produce impeccable reports and PCAs
  • Flexible and hard working - used to working to deadlines under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, whilst motivating others
  • Experience with budget & finance management
