Job Description

Zenith Content, seeks an experienced Vice President of Content to lead team overseeing the creation, develop and execution of content led marketing programs for media agency clients. 


Responsibilities Include:
Reports to SVP, Group Director Zenith Content

 

Partner with Zenith Media’s Strategy and Activation teams to create integrated marketing solutions driving ROI for key agency clients.

 

Develop content strategy across clients driving creativity, ideation, and innovation that leads to ownable consumer engagement opportunities.

 

Collaborate with content creators - networks, producers, digital, and social publishers to identify, customize and execute opportunities that deliver on specific account goals across disciplines.

 

Manage project execution, including integrated sponsorships and content creation across linear, digital, social, print, event, and emerging and interactive platforms.

 

Oversee all integration and sponsorship production processes and communication by acting as the primary liaison between content partners and clients.

 

Agency experience with clear understanding of strategic content planning and media investment. 

 

Ability to negotiate production, talent and related content costs. 

 

Participate in new business pitches to develop customized, high-impact, content opportunities for potential clients.

 

Demonstrate category expertise and knowledge of the competitive landscape for clients.

 

Lead a team of Directors, Managers and Associates across accounts.  Support, direct and mentor team to ensure individual, team and client success.

Qualifications

Must have experience in integrated marketing, content strategy and execution agency side or creative production background. 

·         7+ years content marketing/content experience

·         Extensive knowledge of brand marketing, production and programming processes across all platforms

·         Creative thinker with strength in digital and social content marketing – knowledge and experience in Influencer marketing a +

·         Strong project management skills including organization, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task

·         Strong client service skills, team player

·         Ability to work both independently as a leader and as a member of a focused team of professionals

·         Ability to collaborate and lead meetings with a variety of partners

·         Excellent internal and external communication and presentation skills

·         Demonstrate past work leadership in innovation, consumer engagement, and ROI results

·         Understanding of available content marketing metrics and marketplace trends in investment

·         Strong knowledge of Powerpoint, EXCEL, and WORD

·         Bachelors Degree in marketing, advertising or related field
