Job Description

The primary focus of this role is to provide day to day digital implementation support and management support for the Digital team including all programmatic activity.   

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute inbound campaign management and programmatic requests. Including trafficking, creative review, technical implementation, troubleshooting and quality assurance of online media campaigns and modification of rich media creative for the purpose of proper tracking and serving
  • Contribute to the assessment of inventory availability, programmatic buying and the formulation of proposals for new client opportunities
  • Interface with Agency media teams to communicate programmatic service offerings, assist with complex campaign setups, and identify and deliver new solutions in a collaborative fashion
  • Support internal teams with troubleshooting campaigns, reporting and campaign management
  • Serve as a point of escalation for campaign/programmatic challenges with Agency clients

Learning & Development

  • Contribute towards regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance
  • Share curated inspiring content with the digital team and wider agency

Technical Skills

  • Understanding of the digital media environment
