Job Description

The role of the Junior Account is to primarily support the Senior Account in managing the Jeep Brand as well as supporting the rest of the team in Turin and the wider network of Starcom offices managing the FCA business locally. The candidate must be analytical and possess the expertise to dissect and make sense of data. An understanding of overall media and digital disciplines across offline, Search, Display, Social Media and e-commerce would be beneficial.

 

As Junior Account International, you will have these responsabilities:

1)   SUPPORT THE COORDINATION OF LOCAL MEDIA PLANS AND PROJECTS

2)   SUPPORT THE REPORTING ANALYSIS

 

In particular you will deal with:

1)      SUPPORT THE COORDINATION OF LOCAL MEDIA PLANS AND PROJECTS

  • Key support for Senior Account, lead network coordinator and financial administrator
  • Day to day liaison with network to fulfil client coordination requirements
  • Preparing Weekly status report of on-going campaigns/initiatives in market
  • Weekly reporting of on-going communications laydown of activity across network of Starcom offices managing the FCA account
  • Day to day co-ordination and implementation of requests 
  • Evaluation of the media strategies and planning in agreement with the central media guidelines
  • Progress meeting attendance to support the Media Manager
  • Grow and nurture the stage

2.      SUPPORT THE REPORTING ANALYSIS

  • Coordinating data requirements
  • Budget data monitoring and analysis
  • Digital campaigns management and support in coordination with central digital team in London
  • Managing financial administrative tasks

The International coordination team works across multiple markets. It is a team of different backgrounds, skill-sets and interests who are united by their passion for understanding people and delivering innovative and effective communications.

 

While media is at the core of what we do, we are increasingly having conversations around success metrics for the business as well as improving areas such as global data management, process, efficiencies etc.

FCA:

·         A win for Starcom in early 2017

·         The marketing team are quite experienced so we’re looking to build on our relationship with them after a successful 2017 transition to Starcom

·         Working extensively with multiple agency partners to deliver fully integrated marketing solutions for their fast-paced business

·         The role would see you take the main day to day account responsibilities within the aforementioned FCA accounts as well as providing digital support to other members of the coordination. You’ll need to be able to juggle priorities, managing the delivery and output across a number of internal and external teams and 26 markets.

Qualifications

Technical skills:
