Job Description
Looking to launch a career in media communications? Publicis Media is currently hiring recent college graduates for our Media Training Program. Graduates of the program emerge with the skillset and knowledge to begin a successful career in the media industry.
Through a combination of on-the-job training, project assignments, client-facing exposure and classroom training, graduates of the program emerge with the skillset and knowledge to begin a successful career in the media industry. Trainees are mentored by experienced employees and are exposed to day-to-day agency business as well as client relationship management
This is a paid, full-time 150-day rotational program. All trainees complete a rotation in two of our departments, which may include:

*Local/National Buying
*Strategy
*Programmatic
*Digital
*Content
Qualifications
All applicants must have a bachelors degree (all majors welcome) and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Programs – specifically Excel & PowerPoint – is an absolute must. Relevant internship experience and class exposure to media are a plus.
