• Own the end-to-end planning and execution of B2B events — webinars, joint/collaboration events, product launches, and brand activations
• Act as conceptor for events — develop original ideas and concepts
• Leverage existing vendor and supplier network (venues, production, staging, AV, catering, staffing) to execute efficiently
• Leverage existing media relationships/connections to support event visibility, PR, and coverage
• Manage relationships with co-collaboration partners for joint events
• Report event plans, progress, and results directly to C-level stakeholders
• Manage event budgets, vendor contracts, and post-event ROI/performance reporting
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales teams to align event objectives with pipeline goals

• 5+ years of experience in event management, with a strong background in Event Organizer (EO) work
• Proven experience handling B2B events — this is a must-have, not just B2C/consumer events
• Hands-on experience running webinars, joint/collaboration events, and product launches
• Established vendor relationships/connections across event production and logistics
• Established media relationships/connections for PR and event visibility
• Track record of sourcing and securing sponsorships
• Strong conceptor mindset — able to originate event ideas/concepts, not just execute a brief
• Experience reporting directly to C-level stakeholders
• Strong project management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
