This role is a Contract Contingent, Exempt 1099 Communications Specialist (PILAB013) with no overtime pay. Professional generally located in Washington, District of Columbia, United States — National Capital Region Across The CONUS/OCONUS - Mid-Atlantic Region, supporting a Global labor-program environment spanning technical assistance, trade enforcement, field research, and multilingual stakeholders.

- Provide Government and Public Services Sector-related Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services for DOL ILAB Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning (MEL), and Data Services as a Labor Category: Junior Consultant II with activities generally located CONUS/OCONUS - Mid Atlantic | CONUS/OCONUS - Mid Atlantic Washington, District of Columbia, United States — National Capital Region.
- Develop one-page summaries, infographics, synthesis products, stories/vignettes, social posts, and blog content. Copy-edit reports and communicate findings to nontechnical audiences.
