Provide services and support as a Project Manager/Supervisor (Administrative & TQP Support) [Technical Qualification Program (TQP) Management Analysis Administrative Office Support] aligned with the Program / Project Management | Cleared Administrative Operations | Quality Assurance | Client Coordination Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the Nuclear Energy/Security Industry Sector. 

This role focusses on PM | Program / Project Management Solutions for clients such as U.S. Department of Energy (DOE/NNSA | NFO) | DOE National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) | Nevada Field Office (NFO) Generally Located In North Las Vegas, Nevada; with potential work in Mercury, Nevada and across the Mountain West / Southwestern Region Region (Of Country/World) Work On Client Site.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Project Manager/Supervisor (Administrative & TQP Support) | Program / Project Management | Cleared Administrative Operations | Quality Assurance | Client Coordination [NNSA0009009]

  • Serve onsite as the Government's primary contractor point of contact.
  • Plan, organize, assign, direct, document, invoice, and quality-control the PWS effort.
  • Work as a hands-on team member and back up all administrative functions, excluding specialized Training Analyst work.
  • Maintain daily PM/acting-PM coverage during core hours; coordinate cross-training, absence backfill, and continuity.
  • Interface with NFO offices, Federal counterparts, and M&O contractor personnel.
  • Support authorized conferences, assessments, meetings, and routine CO/COR performance reviews.
  • Maintain the quality-assurance program and submit monthly accomplishment/deliverable-status reporting.

Qualifications

Working supervisor with demonstrated federal contract administration, team leadership, project controls, quality assurance, invoicing, client coordination, and continuity management. Must be able to perform the administrative work being supervised and exercise sound judgment in a controlled, high-consequence environment. DOE/NNSA or comparable cleared-site experience is strongly preferred.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, project management, or a related field required; Master's preferred. PMP or equivalent project-management credential strongly preferred. Target 8+ years of progressively responsible program/administrative support experience, including 3+ years supervising a federal onsite team. Final candidate must also satisfy the current Program Manager labor-category minimums or approved substitutions.

Working supervisor with demonstrated federal contract administration, team leadership, project controls, quality assurance, invoicing, client coordination, and continuity management. Must be able to perform the administrative work being supervised and exercise sound judgment in a controlled, high-consequence environment. DOE/NNSA or comparable cleared-site experience is strongly preferred.

Ancillary Details Of The Roles

  • Primary location: NNSA Nevada Support Facility, North Las Vegas, Nevada; may support work at the Nevada National Security Site in Mercury. Telework requires written COR and CO approval.
  • Must obtain and maintain DOE L clearance; DOE Q clearance where the supported organization requires it.
  • Must comply with Privacy Act, nondisclosure, system-access, physical-security, and Government data-rights requirements.
  • U.S. citizenship/clearance eligibility must be verified during recruiting.

Other Details

Core full-time, onsite working-manager position. 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday excluding Federal holidays; personnel must be active and available during 0900-1500 core hours. Limited pre-approved CONUS travel may be required.
