The Change Management (MIL) Training Course Instructor | Change Management (MIL) Training [USARC0021021] is aligned with GSA Labor Category: Content Subject Matter Expert/Instructor II.  This role shall be principally focussed on Civilian Training Services Change Management (MIL) Training for DOD/Military | Aerospace, Defense And Military - Aerospace, Defense, and Military (ADM) Industry Sector Group: Services And Solutions That Enable Aerospace, Defense, and Military Agencies To Enhance Capabilities, Drive Transformation, Operate Sustainably, And Maintain Mission-Readiness

We seek Change Management (MIL) Training Course Instructor | Change Management (MIL) Training [USARC0021021] candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as USARC. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Change Management (MIL) Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Civilian Training Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Change Management (MIL) Training Course Instructor [Civilian Training Services] aligned with the Change Management (MIL) Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the DOD/Military Industry Sector. 

This role focusses on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) | USARC Civilian Training Services - 'Civilian Personnel Management Office (CPMO)  Located Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC/Virtual Delivery) and across the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region (Of Country/World) Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual.

Delivering change management (mil) learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance.

The Change Management (MIL) Training program equips civilian professionals and military-support personnel with the knowledge, frameworks, and practical strategies required to lead organizational transformation while maintaining mission effectiveness. Participants learn how to assess change impacts, communicate effectively, build stakeholder commitment, and address resistance in complex operational environments. Through facilitated exercises, scenario-based learning, coaching activities, and collaborative planning sessions, participants develop the skills necessary to guide organizations through change with resilience, adaptability, and strategic focus.

Learning Objectives:  Develop change readiness; strengthen resilience and adaptability; communicate change effectively; engage stakeholders; mitigate resistance; create transition plans; support workforce commitment; and lead organizational transformation initiatives aligned with mission objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Change Management (MIL) Training Course Instructor | Change Management (MIL) Training [USARC0021021]

  • Develop lesson plans; facilitate classroom and virtual instruction; conduct assessments; provide coaching and feedback; support curriculum updates and survey-driven improvements.

The role(s) are located in the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region, at or near Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC/Virtual Delivery).  Initially identified Work Site Address (Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual:  4710 Knox Street (Marshall Hall) Fort Bragg, NC 28310-5010

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience; instructional certifications preferred.
  • 5–10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.
  • This position aligns with functional and technical requirements in the DOD/Military Sector and Change Management (MIL) Training Course Instructor Candidates principally support Change Management (MIL) Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Disciplines.

Skills Required

  • Primarily focused on Professional and Management Development Training initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities Change Management (MIL) Training Functional Area Activities.
