Social Media, Community & Growth Associate (Intern / 0–1 yr)

This is a hands-on operator role for someone who lives on social media, is organized to a fault, and wants to learn how a real subscription content business works end to end. (More about the exact product and how it works will be shared with shortlisted candidates.)

 

What you'll do

 

  • Publish daily content across our channels (Telegram, X, Instagram, Threads, YouTube) — adapting the format to each platform, on time, every day.

  • Keep a simple content calendar so nothing slips, and schedule posts ahead.

  • Engage and moderate the community — welcome new members, answer questions, keep channels clean and on-tone.

  • Keep our membership storefront tidy: descriptions, links, and pinned posts up to date.

  • Run light growth experiments (hooks, CTAs, collabs/shoutouts) and help manage our affiliate/referral program.

  • Track the basics — followers, sign-ups, free-to-paid conversion — in a shared sheet, and flag what's working.

  • Make simple on-brand visuals when needed (Canva-level).

 

What we're looking for

 

  • Strong, clean written English and a good feel for tone.

  • Genuinely active on social media — understands how X, Instagram, Threads, Telegram and YouTube each work.

  • Extremely organized and reliable; this is a daily-cadence role where consistency is everything.

  • A curious, growth-minded attitude — happy to test ideas, measure, and improve.

  • Comfortable picking up new tools quickly.

 

Nice to have

 

  • Interest in sports.

  • Basic design (Canva) or short-form video editing.

  • Any community management, content, or growth/marketing experience.
